Senegal ARTP has updated its SRD regulations to cope with the increasing demand and operation of such equipment. The new regulation establishes a non-exhaustive list of SRD and defines the general condition of their usage, including frequency range, power limit and authorized applications. Although the SRD are license-free operable, they must be subject to prior Approval by ARTP. The major change is that UWB devices can be type approved now. The complete regulation can be found below:
